Our Services

  • Beer and Wine

Hosting a beer and wine event? We’ll bring the wine keys, bottle openers, keg taps (if needed), chilling buckets, and cups.

  • Beer, Wine, and Call Bar

For beer, wine, and call bar events, we serve beer, wine, and classic cocktails made with spirits and standard mixers. We’ll also bring wine keys, keg taps, chilling buckets, cups, and an experienced bartender to ensure smooth service.

  • Beer, Wine, Call Bar, and Speciality Cocktails

In addition to beer, wine, and a call bar, we can craft “his and hers” drinks for weddings or signature cocktails for other events during your menu consultation. Any drink with more than one mixer is considered a specialty cocktail and will fall under this package.

  • Group Cocktail Classes

Our group cocktail classes are perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, holiday gatherings, and more. Learn to craft delicious cocktails in a fun, interactive setting, either in person or virtually through Zoom.

  • Mocktails/Non-Alcoholic Beverages Only

No alcohol? No problem. Non-alcoholic beverages don’t have to be boring! During our consultation, we’ll help you craft the perfect mocktail menu for your school event, office function, or any alcohol-free gathering.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • We are fully licensed to provide alcohol but are also more than happy to simply offer bar services, equipment, and bartenders while you supply the alcohol yourself. This approach gives you the flexibility to choose brands that fit your budget.

During our menu consultation, we’ll create a detailed shopping list with the exact quantities of alcohol, mixers, and garnishes needed for your event. For an additional charge, we can also provide ice, specialty mixers, and syrups. On the day of your event, we’ll only open what’s necessary and carefully pack up any remaining items, so you can return or save them for future use.

  • All our packages include essential tools and supplies for a seamless bar experience: portable bar (if needed), wine keys, bottle openers, shakers, muddlers, strainers, jiggers, bar spoons, pour spouts, cutting boards, paring knives, garnish peelers, bar mats, bar towels, beverage napkins, bar caddy, garnish picks, Angostura bitters, beer/wine/champagne chilling buckets, ice scoops, beverage cups (no glassware), and a water dispenser. We will provide the appropriate number of professional, licensed bartenders needed for beer, wine, and/or mixed drink service. Our services are fully insured, including both general liability and liquor liability coverage.

  • We can provide lime, lemon, and grapefruit juice, fresh citrus, mint, other garnishes, syrups, and ice to ensure your event runs smoothly and your drinks are perfectly prepared.

  • Tip jar displayed: A tip jar and Venmo signage for digital tips will be available at the bar for cash or digital gratuities throughout the event. If you prefer not to have a tip jar displayed, please notify us during your menu consultation.

Tip jar not displayed: If a tip jar will not be displayed, an 20% hosted gratuity will be added to the total invoice. Requests for this arrangement must be made during your menu consultation.

  • In Washington State, if alcohol is being served at a business or commercial location and the bartending company is not providing the alcohol, a Banquet Permit must be obtained through the Washington State Liquor Control Board: https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits.

The client is responsible for purchasing the permit. It must be printed, signed, and displayed at the bar during the event.

  • Parking: We kindly ask that parking be conveniently located within a short distance of the venue. Please let us know beforehand if there is complimentary or designated parking available for the event. We also require a route from the loading area to the bar setup location that is ADA accessible.

Set Up Requirements: The bar service and setup area must be fully covered and appropriately heated or cooled to ensure comfortable working conditions, regardless of weather. All client-provided alcohol and supplies must be located near the bar area prior to the bartender’s arrival for setup.

  • While we understand that you may be providing your own alcohol and/or hosting the event on your property, for legal reasons, all alcohol consumed during the event must be served exclusively by our bartenders. If this policy is violated, a single warning will be issued. A second violation may result in the bartender packing up and leaving the event without a refund.
